    With a rigorous background in the physical sciences, we are able to offer clients analytical investigations of issues and problems, together with excellent organizational and inter-personal skills, a comprehensive list of specialist skills, on-time project delivery and the business skills necessary for the workplace. We are also Cyberspace aware.

    Service Contract and Pricing

    We value and respect your business — and ours. Therefore, it is our custom to work from a Service Contract. Of course, we are happy for appropriate confidentiality, non-disclosure, copyright and non-soliciting clauses to be included in the Contract.
    1. Colin-Baxter.com does not compete on pricing but on performance and problem-solving. Nevertheless, our pricing remain attractive.
    2. We always provide full estimates of charges and the Client is immediately advised of costs incurred.
    3. Time Sheets and Work Reports are submitted to the Client daily.
    4. Payment is accepted in Pounds Sterling (British Pounds) only, by either electronic transfer to a UK bank or by a cheque (check) drawn on a UK bank account.
    5. We also accept payment through Paypal and Moneybookers.

    We welcome the opportunity of discussing (and solving) technical or scientific problems and issues that are important to you. Contact us for a non-billable, initial discussion.

    The Consulting Experience

    Projects handled by Colin-Baxter.com can often be divided into Task and Process consulting. In the former, we undertake a single and usually well-defined task, using specific skill-sets that are appropriate to our specialist areas. Process consulting, on the other hand, simply means one or more discussions with the Client that may lead to the submission of a formal proposal. This division is a simplification, but it is also one that can be useful in helping to determine performance benchmarks and facilitating a high-value consulting experience for the Client.

    Colin-Baxter.com is operated by Dr Colin Baxter, who also undertakes academic research, and has contributed to leading academic journals in the areas in quantum optics, atomic physics and fundamental problems.
